This line, specially designed for flatbread production, consists of several main stages starting from the mixing process and ending with the cutting stage. The dough cutting machine is specially designed to cut the flatbread dough precisely. The dough pressing machine is specially designed to process sticky and soft doughs. After these stages are completed, the dough is transferred to the baking rack, and a machine with six rotating plate heads is used to increase the baking speed and facilitate the work on the production line.
